Certified quality: SYSTEMA quality management for expert solutions
In 2013 the experts of TÜV SÜD visited SYSTEMA to run a thorough check of its ISO certification. The document and project management system Lotus Notes is the backbone of quality management at SYSTEMA. This program guarantees excellent and professionell software development and project management. These convincing circumstances lead TÜV SÜD to renew the ISO 9001:2008 certification of SYSTEMA until July 2016.

The evaluation of the quality management system is carried out according to the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement:
Plan: Activities are planned with goals, processes and resources.
Do: Planning is realised.
Check: Results are compared with goals and expectations.
Act: Necessary improvements and changes are defined and planned.
2010 Repetitive appraisal and certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008
The DQS used the PDCA cycle for the checkup of the management system according to ISO 9001:2008.
SYSTEMA with its locations in Dresden and Regensburg fulfills the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 and is certified until July 2013.
2007 Renewal of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate
Because the ISO 9001 certificates are only valid for three years, a follow-up appraisal was carried out by DQS at our head office in Dresden and our branch office in Regensburg in June 2007.
With SYSTEMA fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 on the basis of the integrated project and document management system Lotus Notes Domino 7, it has now been officially certified for another three years.
2004 DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certification
The requirements of the quality management are realized by using Lotus Notes.
Since 2000 the quality management of SYSTEMA was implemented thoroughly. From the very first Lotus Notes is used as document management and work flow system.
In 2004 DQS certify amongst other things like the development, customer care, continuous improvement and the business management in Regensburg and Dresden. Furthermore the aptitude of the used performance indicator system and other measure methods were also checked.
The quality management system is our instrument for efficient business management. So SYSTEMA ensure that the shifting customer requirements come true.
